Family sues over alleged burial casket

PITTSBURGH-the family of the deceased 91-year-old woman claims in a lawsuit in a Roman Catholic cemetery near Pittsburgh jumping on top of her coffin, and otherwise bogged down to the grave with piercing with poles.

Theodore Zimmick, her daughter and grandson sued the Diocese of Pittsburgh and the Association of Catholic cemetery for the funeral of his mother, Agnes Zimmick, on December 1, 2009 in St. Stanislaus Catholic cemetery in Shaler Township.

After the funeral, the family said they went to visit the tomb of other family members, and then see the workers stomping up and running in a coffin and on the other hand jamming into the grave.

Annabelle McGannon, Executive Director of the cemetery Association, said the family's claims have been investigated and "unfounded."

Sex education should be compulsory in all schools

(CNN) -there are few things more annoying than listening to whiny, foolish Parents complained about the school district to teach their children about sex.

How in the world we say it is OK for schools to teach our children about math, science, history, and many other subjects, but then get high and mighty properly outrage when biology is taken a step further to focus on sex?

Too many parents who lived in denial about their kids having sex, and somehow saying you'll handle things that are difficult to live in a fantasy land.

The city of New York should be commended for not bowing to blowhards and face the reality of sex in America by mandate, sex education curriculum beginning in 2012.

Whether the practice safe sex or abstinence, even all of these issues should be addressed in educational settings, because when we look at the rate of teenage pregnancies, sexually transmitted diseases including HIV/AIDS, it just makes sense to have as much education as possible.

Regulation study begins to NC “fracking” study

RALEIGH, NC-North Carolina's Review of the oil and gas industry regulation is being conducted by outside groups in accordance with the legislation in order to study the potential drilling of underground natural gas deposits.

The legislature passed a law this year to study the so-called "fracking", where natural gas trapped in shale released use water and chemicals.

Federal environmental regulators signaled Thursday they want to improve oversight of industry of extraction of natural gas, announced they would develop national standards for the disposal of polluted wastewaters generated by drilling technique known as hydraulic fracturing, or fracking.

There are no clouds in the sky, but there's a decent amount of wind. So the weather conditions should mimic home game against Oklahoma.

In the news personnel, it looks as if the Wildcats will be without wide receiver Tyler Lockett students. After taking a hit awkward pass touchdowns last week against Oklahoma State, he hobbled off the field took his side. His father says he hopes to play through the pain this week, but many wondered if he would be able to take the field. He is warming up with his team.

Brodrick Smith in uniform, though, and could make for Lockett's's absence with a good game.

Joe Paterno dismissed, others not: Attorney General’s Office has been ‘ Concerns ‘

Pennsylvania's Attorney General has expressed "concern" Penn State University firing of legendary football coach Joe Paterno and other treatment of witnesses and the officials involved in the case of child sexual abuse.
